Career Opportunities
BCBAs
BCBAs at The Sonder Autism Center will see to the growth and skill development in children with autism while working with a team of well-trained RBTs and BCaBAs. Our BCBAs work with around 12 to 15 clients throughout the day, each holding a variety of behavioral and functional needs. They have access to integrated technology to improve efficiency of documentation, such as online data collection and session notes, to increase time spent with clients. When not attending to the children, BCBAs will also assist in parent training and meetings.
Registered Behavior Therapists (RBT's)
Our RBTs implement the behavior plans created by our BCBAs. They utilize positive reinforcement and antecedent modification to increase appropriate behaviors over time and manage inappropriate behaviors that occur. Most importantly, they have fun with our students while motivating through preference assessments and teaching them the skills that they need.
Administration
Those in our administrative positions work together to complete the daily operations of our centers. From human resources to the front desk, they make sure our centers, clients and families get what they need in order to give the clients the best at all times.
